Wonderful news at the Yarra Ranges Council Australia Day Young Citizen of the Year awards. Local Lily Belle Hellicar was honoured with this award at a ceremony on Sunday and we are super proud – Lily was also awarded our Ian De Le Rue Youth Award in 2013 and it’s terrific to see her go from strength to strength and receive this acknowledgement.
