23 September 2024 – DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
The Upper Yarra Community Enterprise Ltd Board announce that:
The dividend for the 2023/2024 period be 10.5 cents per share fully franked
and that the following key dates are endorsed for payment of the dividend:
- Ex-Dividend date Monday 07 October 2024
- Record Date Tuesday 15 October 2024
- Payment Date Friday 15 November 2024
This dividend will be payable by EFT to all current Shareholders.
The Company’s financial performance will be detailed in the 2024 Annual Report due out and available in coming months.
