Rodney McKail

Rodney worked in Local Government for over 40 years. He worked at the Upper Yarra Shire and Lilydale Shire (now Yarra Ranges) and Knox City Council, predominantly in Governance.

He is now retired, although he took on a Managing Director role with UYCE 2019 to 2024.

Elizabeth Fox

After coordinating the Learning Enhancement Department at Tintern Grammar for the past 15 years and working at Upper Yarra Secondary College for 18 years prior to that, Elizabeth has recently retired with her sights set on new endeavours in the future.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science,  a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and a Secondary MA in Special Education.

Sally Brennan

A consultant in adult education, workforce and regional development Sally has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to the Upper Yarra community. Proud to have been CEO of the Upper Yarra Community House (now Cire Services) for 23 years.

Sally has a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development, Master of Education, GAICD

Neil Jorgensen

Director

Neil Jorgensen

Neil was employed by the Victorian Department of Education for 43 years. During this time, he undertook various roles, including classroom teaching and consultancy work. The last 25 years of his career were spent as a Principal in several schools.

Neil has a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching.

Garry Lewis

Garry Lewis

Garry recently retired after serving 37 years with the Department of Education, his most recent role being as a Principal.

Garry has a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Primary Teaching.

Ric has owned several small businesses and was a founding director of the office equipment franchise Office National. He has also served on several Not-For-Profit boards and local community organisations.

Ric has a Degree in Interior Design.

Michael has lived in Three Bridges for 25 years and currently runs Shortlist Private Tours for visitors to Melbourne and regional Victoria, specialising in day tours in the Yarra Valley. He previously ran a National Marketing and Publishing business and consulted to the tourism and hospitality industries.

Louise Hogan

Louise is a corporate executive with over thirty years of enterprise experience in strategy, marketing, business development, M&A, people and culture. She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Program.

Gordon Buller

A Warburton resident who has owned and operated businesses in the Yarra Valley since 1962. Currently semi-retired from Yarra Ranges Gas Heat and Cool, and involved as a volunteer in many local community groups.
