  • Without sponsorship we couldn't operate โ€“ itโ€™s that simple. With sponsorship, dozens of us get to create, perform, inspire, encourage and teach theatre, acting and live performance skills."Claire Bamford - Catprint Theatre Productions - Warburton
  • Our sponsors are all local and so not only has sponsorship drawn attention to our event but also to local businesses and the wider Warburton community. Without sponsorship it would not be possible to put on our event."David Hoffman โ€“ Community Bankยฎ Warburton Up & Running
  • ECOSS is incredibly grateful for the major sponsorship support we have had for our events over the years of our existence. Itโ€™s meant we have been able to deliver sustainability education to the community and run big free accessible festivals at ECOSS in Wesburn and Ecotopia at Yarra Junction. We live in a low socio-economic area and without this support we would not be able to make our events so accessible."Chelsea McNab โ€“ ECOSS

BANKING IS OUR BUSINESS, COMMUNITY OUR PURPOSE!

COMMUNITY GRANTS PROGRAM RECIPIENT SPOTLIGHT ๐Ÿ˜Š
Warburton Advancement League Championing
the Dignity Program Project
for the ADRA Community Care Centre - Redwood/Warburton โญโญ

It was great excitement at the ADRA Community Care Centre - Redwood/Warburton earlier this week with the arrival and hook up of a new Commercial grade 7.5kg Washing Machine and new Commercial grade 10kg Dryer.

Jeff Gill, President of Warburton Advancement League was on hand to test them out.

They are both welcome additions to the drop-in centre, set up by volunteer organisation ADRA Warburton, for people and families who are experiencing homelessness including those who are couch surfing that are also classified as homeless.

The Centre provides them with a place to shower, do some laundry of clothing and bedding, and access the internet for vital services such as banking and Centrelink. In summary a place to care for themselves and regain some dignity.

Thanks to the involvement by the Warburton Advancement League to Champion a Dignity Program Fundraising project, the Centre is now well equipped to cope with laundering bedding as well as clothing and truly offer a one stop place where those in need can care for themselves and regain some dignity.

๐Ÿ—จ What this does for those in need in our community, and how these machines will make a difference this winter is truly a good news story, and it would not have been possible if not for the UYCE and Community Bank Warburton and Yarra Junction grant. THANK YOU!๐Ÿ™
-David Pratt, Vice President Warburton Advancement League

๐Ÿ’œ $1,330 Grant was awarded to Warburton Advancement League Warburton to support this invaluable community project
