Winners announced! Photos of moments in time
We had a fabulous night last night announcing the winners of our ‘Upper Yarra – My Place, My Community’ photo competition.
Congratulations to all the winners – the photos are truly diverse reflection of the talents and beauty of our valley, capturing a real theme of ‘moments in time’ in our history. Our youngest winner was just seven years of age!
